We've been asking for while now, what is the status on a CTC sight for the Glock MDL 21 and Mdl 21 SF.  My department carries the 21 SF and I have been an advocate for CTC for the past few years.  A setup like the LG436 would be perfect.  Additional add ons would also would also work with this platform.

Greetings, APDSteve:

After asking this question on the forum over a month-and-a-half ago with no reply, and you also receiving no posted reply to your question after asking about it almost a month ago now, I called Crimson Trace today and was told their plans to make an LG-417-style Lasergrip for the G21SF and G20SF (the previously forecasted LG-421) have been canceled.  Certainly you may very well know this by now as well.  I also was told that the old LG-617 would fit, yet the large pedunculated polyp-sized diode jutting out from an already wide frame/slide is just too much for me, and its lack of a master on/off switch is a turnoff--and a lack unfortunately shared with the proliferation of all of Crimson Trace's new Laserguards, save for the noteworthy LG-436.  Oh well, perhaps they were understandably wary and weary of having to keep up with Glock's frame changes.

No biggie at all in the grand scheme of things, of course, although I would've bought an LG-421 in a second.

Perhaps CTC's forum representatives could chime in and confirm or contest this information; however, the CTC customer-service person I spoke to sounded very credible to me, and was friendly as well.

Cheers,
Isaeus

Pardon the late response, but you are correct Isaeus.
